• b. Password Management: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. Users are also responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

• c. Third-Party Applications: Utilization of TradeSync’s full functionality necessitates the download and use of specific third-party applications.

3. Trading Risks

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. High leverage can amplify both profits and losses. It’s crucial to evaluate your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before engaging in trading activities.

4. Fees

TradeSync imposes no direct fees for opening an account. However, a 20% management fee is applied to profits realized within client accounts. This ensures our interests are aligned with those of our clients, as we only profit when you do.

We offer 24/7 customer support through various channels including email, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, a ticketing system, and live chat to assist with any inquiries or issues.

6. Intellectual Property
